16-Week Semester Campaign
This advertising campaign was designed to inform both potential students and Golden West College students that the college was switching to an accelerated 16-week semester from a traditional 18-week calendar.
It was a particularly challenging campaign in that it was intended to recruit new students and inform those already attending the college of the major change.
I came to the conclusion that the campaign should highlight the extra two weeks of vacation students are provided with the new schedule. The campus community, specifically the 16-week planning committee, agreed after hearing the campaign concept pitched. The following pages illustrate the result of the campaign.
I created the copy and concept of the following ads and worked with our director and graphic designer to complete them.
